WELCOMING NEW PATIENTS AT KENNEDY COMMONS DENTAL CARE

Welcome to our warm and friendly dental practice. You’ll feel like a member of the family from the moment you walk through our front door. We’ll take the time to get to know you and your past dental experiences and current needs and concerns.

Your First Visit

Please bring in a list of any medications you are currently taking and insurance information. Let us know if you have any allergies. If you are coming to see us from another practice, we ask that you bring in X-rays if they were taken.

Here’s what you can expect next:

Complete our new patient information form here.
A tour of the office
A consultation with Dr. Susie Yang
A thorough medical and dental history
A general exam
X-ray, if necessary

We then will come up with a treatment plan. You will be informed about how many appointments may be required to complete your treatment. If no specific treatment is needed, we will come up with a recall schedule that may be once or twice a year. This first appointment takes about an hour.

Keeping the Conversation Flowing

At Kennedy Commons Dental Care, communication is a two-way street. We will ask lots of open-ended questions so that we keep the conversation flowing. We always strive to be informative about oral health care and want to give you ample time to ensure that your concerns are addressed with us. We feel patient and doctor communication is vital to a successful plan.

Insurance & Financing

We want to make our dental care accessible to patients seeking our services. As a practice we accept dental insurance and are in-network with most providers. In addition to accepting dental insurance, we also offer options to make dental care accessible. Please note that unless prior arrangements have been made, payment is due upon day of treatment. To learn more about our insurance and payment policies, you can speak with our office staff.

We know that you have better things to do than wait for a long time at the dentist’s office. That’s why we always try to run on time. If for some reason, we are running behind, we will call you and let you know.
